Using a proprietary process that has taken two decades to perfect, the gemstone is combined with other natural ores and pigments under extreme pressure. Acrylic gem resin binds the gemstone particles re-creating the hardness and structural integrity of the original. The final product is referred to as reconstituted stabilized gemstone. This is the exact same material found in jewelry stores in rings, watches and necklaces.  In fact, most turquoise jewelry is made of stabilized gemstone. Vostra believes they are the only manufacturer able to reproduce the gemstone in a way that it is impossible to differentiate it from the natural original stone.
