LHP VIP Dealer Program

For 25 years, I worked as a designer/sales representative or proprietor in the Kitchen and Bath Industry.  To my delight, the frustrations tolerated during my tenure have ultimately become the mechanism for my future success.

As a sales person and designer, I was frustrated with the limitations that existed with each project: accessories had to be outsourced and countless amount of time was spent between me and subcontractors, in the pursuit of specifications.  As an owner, I deliberated a multitude of resolutions to no avail, until now!

I have developed our LHP VIP referral program.  Rather than assuming all the liability with minimal profit, liability will rest on our shoulders and you, the dealer, will receive a handsome referral fee.  It's simple...

1. Dealer maintains control of the sale!  No more worrying about losing a customer thru competitive referral.

2. Dealer will have one source for specifications - promoting better time management and more accurate information.

3. A short Referral form will be completed and faxed to the LHP office.  Preference must be indicated as to whether or not customer contact will be made by LHP on your behalf.

4. We will do the work!  One of our Customer Care professionals will be assigned to your customer and assist in making selections.  Once a purchase is complete, a check equal to 5% of the total sale amount (prior to tax, shipping, etc.) will be forwarded to your office.  In the case of duplicated representation of a product, please indicate items on the referral form so that they will not be offered to your client.

5. Referral amount - As LHP is a one-stop shop, with a diverse product offering, referral amounts may vary anywhere from $25 from a single faucet to as much as $1500 for a complete set of accessories!

6. Allocation of monies may occur in one of three ways:  The entire referral fee may be directed to the owner, split between said owner and referring employee or supplied solely to the referring employee.

7. Your customer will receive VIP treatment with our company, as well as preferred pricing.  We will offer discounts as high as 30% from suggested retail prices and provide professional, attentive LHP representatives who will ensure that both you and your customer are satisfied.

This program is a win-win-win situation, the ideal recipe for conducting business!  For the customer, it will be in their best interest to be referred to one source that can meet their needs, offer high discounts and provide VIP service.  As we are an online company, your customer will also benefit from shopping from the comfort of their home, at their convenience.  As a dealer, you will have one contact for all specifications on your product and be compensated for referrals!  For LHP, our benefit will result from an increased client base.
