Lisa has been with us since early in 2006. She is my assistant and boy do I keep her busy! I have three very active businesses to run and I have to admit, I am not very organized. I really need someone to keep me in line, and to make sure I will be as effective as possible. Lisa is doing just that.

Lisa attends all meetings, presentations and goes virtually everywhere I go. She keeps fastidious notes and makes sure my day goes smoothly. She plans my travel, sets all appointments, and receives all of my phone calls. She only screens out solicitation calls. I receive every other call.

P.J. is one of our customer care professionals and has been with us the longest.  She has over 15 years of experience in the business which has helped to bring Luxury Home Products to a greater level of professionalism.  Often she is more knowledgeable than most plumbers, and as a result has often saved our customers all kinds of time and money.  P.J. can often diagnose many plumbing problems over the phone, eliminating the need for a plumber.  She can even walk you through the process of replacing simple parts over the phone - again without having to call a plumber.  P. J. has a heart of gold. and has often put the company before herself. We are thrilled to have P.J. on our team!

P. J. and her husband, Joe, recently built their dream home where her background and design expertise are very evident.  P.J. is the proud grandmother of Brenna, age 6, and Sean, age 4

Becky has an extensive background in the kitchen and bath business. She has a keen eye for design as well as a wealth of product and practical knowledge. She is well known and respected in our industry. Becky regularly receives "thank you emails" from customers - sighting her "Beyond the call of duty" activities. Becky is a follow-through person that you can count on! We are so glad to have her with us.

Becky has a great sense of humor and a bubbly personality. If one of our customers has a problem, she makes it her own. It is rare to find this kind of true customer care any more!

Update Feb 2006: Speaking of going above and beyond... Becky had significant surgery on her leg and has been working with her leg, in a cast, propped up on the desk. What a trooper!

Update June 2007. What does Becky do on the weekends to relax? We call her the Alligator huntress! This was a live gator snatched - by hand, out of the water. So... don't mess with Becky!!

We recently celebrated our 10th year anniversary! We want to thank all of our loyal customers. We sure appreciate you!

Lisa is my little sister, actually my "only sister". She  contributes recipes and unique articles to our Luxury Home Magazine. She is now helping to put our products on the shopping cart for your convenience!

Lisa used to own a company in Fairfield, CT. called Fairfield Secretarial Services. She has extensive computer skills and a great deal of talent. I am so glad I could talk her into working for us.
