Trish Long - Bookkeeper

Becky has an extensive background in the kitchen and bath business. She has a keen eye for design as well as a wealth of product and practical knowledge. She is well known and respected in our industry. Becky regularly receives "thank you emails" from customers - sighting her "Beyond the call of duty" activities. Becky is a follow-through person that you can count on! We are so glad to have her with us.

Becky has a great sense of humor and a bubbly personality. If one of our customers has a problem, she makes it her own. It is rare to find this kind of true customer care any more!

12-08 update: I have to say that Becky is a one in a million employee. She regularly goes beyond expectations at the office. She has worked from home after hours and always with a smile. She works as if she owns the business. It is so rare to find an employee who puts the company first - before their own self interest. Over the years, I have found that Becky does the same with her customers. When a customer has a problem, Becky has a problem. She truly is the embodiment of empathy. I don't know that I have ever seen Becky without a happy smile on her face. What a joy to come to work it is for me.

Trish has only been with us for about 6 months, but she has been able to take charge of the bookkeeping as well as other tasks.

Within a short time of coming on board, we moved our office to a larger location. She and her "significant other" pitched in to help well into the evening.

Trish always has a smile and is so generous with her time and talents. Trish is certainly a team player... and a valuable one at that!
 

Two years ago we celebrated our 10th year anniversary! We want to thank all of our loyal customers. We sure appreciate you!

Alba, my daughter, is our database administrator and assists with upgrading our website. She works from home in Georgia so she can be a stay-at home mom. Above, is a photo of her husband, Rich and daughter Isabella and Alyssa.

Lisa is my little sister, actually my "only sister". She  contributes recipes and unique articles to our Luxury Home Magazine. She is now helping to put our products on the shopping cart for your convenience!

Lisa used to own a company in Fairfield, CT. called Fairfield Secretarial Services. She has extensive computer skills and a great deal of talent. I am so glad I could talk her into working for us.
