I am, however, convinced that you will likely benefit in the long run. I have agonized over this very issue for years because it is difficult to illustrate the value to you, until you have utilized our services. Most everything we offer is more complicated than what might appear to be the case. Our product specialists ask how a product will be used, who will be using it, what other products might be used in conjunction with the product. If you only knew the potential disasters we have averted by asking educated questions. Our vendors tell us we have a much lower return rate than the norm. This is purely because we ask questions and inform our clientele of potential issues. Quite often our callers will change their mind about a product when they become more educated about the product or alternative options. It is impossible to do this online.

A few products may be purchased directly online, however most orders and inquiries require one-on-one communication with our customer care / product specialists. This  allows our specialists to fully understand your  individual circumstances and ensure that your chosen product is appropriate and available.  With over 30 years of combined experience, they can address most of your design and technical concerns.

Some common errors that may occur without our assistance:

1. Ordering a color that does not match - believe it or not, our product specialists have the ability to describe a color so well that they have saved hundreds of customers from having to return product due to color issues.

2. Ordering a self-rimming sink, without hole drilling specifications.

3. Ordering a heavy faucet for a 20-gauge sink - the sink will not support the faucet weight.

4. Ordering an under mount sink unbefitting the cabinet opening - a common error.

5. Some under mount sinks will not fit, front-to-back, in a standard installation if granite is used for the counter surface.

6. Wrong down rod size for ceiling fan.

7. Not ordering all the parts required for a product to work properly.
