Hello friends, We have a new section of our magazine this month. Decorating with flair, rustic simplicity and ultimate elegance are vignettes of photos and descriptions of bathroom design ideas. This section was put together by P.J. Elliott. Our talented designers can assist you in putting together the perfect room for your style requirements. Next month, we will have a section on kitchen designs. We have been busier than ever. In these days of constant bad economic news, we are very appreciative of your loyalty. Thanks to all of you, our business has increased over 32% from last year. We have designed a new logo for Luxury Home Products to better reflect our image of luxury and quality. We hope you like it. New product lines have been showcasing on our website and we are constantly in a learning process to become experts with the new product offerings. We have a new employee too. She is a newcomer to the United States. She is from Hamburg, Germany and has been a fantastic addition to our staff. Her name is Mona Mattix. Her English is so perfect, I doubt you can even detect an accent. She does, however, speak fluent German - of course. So, if you are from Germany and would like to speak to someone in your native language, just give us a call and ask for Mona. She met her husband, an American, while he was stationed in Germany. They now reside in the Orlando area. Mona has a long list of abilities. Right now, she is assisting the sales staff and taking care of customer service issues. If you have a product to return, you will be greeted with a smile from Mona! She has reorganized parts of our office with a high degree of efficiency. We have all kinds of news for you. We are in the process of opening a retail outlet in Clayton, Northern Georgia near the Highlands and Cashiers area. Those of you who live nearby or who vacation in that area will be able to see our products there. The store will be called "The Heritage Home Collection" and will showcase products exclusively from Luxury Home Products. Click on "Reflections" or the reflections tab above for more information. We are also introducing some fantastic Luxury Holiday gifts. How about a real casino slot machine in your home for only $399? These are sold in catalogs for as much as double our price to you.
