 What you should know about shopping online!
Did you know that Herbeau has a firm policy that states: If a Herbeau product is purchased online through a "non authorized" site, there is no warranty" There are only two or three authorized sites. LHP is an authorized dealer. We can put you in touch with the factory if you would like verification. Many sites "claim" to be authorized, most are not. Some web companies are selling returned goods, damaged goods and seconds. All of our products are first quality warranted goods.

Hello, this is Dino, owner of LHP. I have a good friend that owns a retail plumbing showroom in Clayton, Georgia. He and I were talking about a call he recently had regarding Herbeau. He is an authorized dealer as are we. He received a phone call from a customer who purchased a Herbeau faucet online. He had a defective part and had called the online company where he purchased it. They refused to order the replacement part for him. He then called Herbeau asking where the nearest local showroom was. He was referred to my friend. When he called my friend, he was told that the part would be ordered, however he would have to pay for the part along with shipping and handling.

Bottom line, the end result was that the faucet cost significantly more than had he purchased from an authorized dealer.  I have heard this type of story over and over again. Herbeau regularly refers people to us who have defective goods purchased from an unauthorized dealer. There is a reason our prices are what they are. We are selling first quality goods along with the appropriate service that goes along with it. When I speak to my friends that own other online stores they are always amazed that we can afford to offer the service we do. There is a huge difference between our company and those who offer merely a click and purchase service with a skeleton crew in customer service.
