Everyone who has seen sink, or pictures of sink and the process, has
had overwhelmingly positive comments. My sister Claire in April 2008 Thanks for your help on this order, PJ. In the last few days, they have been contemplating the soapstone counters for our kitchen and placed the sink in its cabinet for this purpose. It looks beautiful! Everyone is wowed by it! employee, P.J. My wife, Patty Champagne, recently bought one of your
fine products, a nice sink with LEDs for that special effect which
she seems to appreciate very much. (For a man, a sink is a sink).
Patty had a hard time finding the “right” faucets and trimming to
coordinate the bathroom counter ensemble. P.J. helped her out
immensely in locating these items. In addition, I believe P.J. went
out of her way to help me find the appropriate sink pipe drain

this e-mail to get to Becky, she did a lot of work checking on a
slate tile called silver sands. She was wonderful and followed
up. I am having a hard time getting in contact with her to tell
her the status of the inquiry. (I get home to late to call) I
cannot convince my husband as of today to spend that amount on
the tile of my dreams!! But she did give the best price I could
find even with shipping and if I can convince him will be

This note to you is long overdue. We
purchased a copper sink with your help, almost a year ago. It was
and is as beautiful as we had hoped it would be. My husband
and I just love it and so does everyone who sees it! We wanted
to send you pictures and we're sorry that hasn't happened yet. We
have had the sink installed with a new oil rubbed bronze Hansgrohe
faucet, but unfortunately we have not received the matching soap
dispenser that was ordered 10 months ago. Deadline after deadline
has been missed and Hansgrohe has given us excuse after excuse and
our island still has an empty hole. Needless to say, we have
delayed taking photos. We are very happy that we took your advise
concerning our sink and only wish that we had consulted you about

The very best store and supplier I know of is LL Bean and your company now roosts prestigiously alongside their lofty rating in my book! I'm sure the fire and ice finish is incredible, however, the shipping back process sounds daunting and I don't have the flexibility of time now. When I order another copper sink for the downstairs bathroom (when I finish the basement), I will request it then. (It is possible that your staff mentioned the finish to me at the time of purchase, and I've forgotten.) Did you design my sink? I want to know you were involved in some way with my gorgeous sink. This first set of E mail messages is a perfect example of why we have very few returns. 8-19-02 Had this been an online order, it would have been a disappointment to the customer. It would have to be returned. Worse yet, the box may have been thrown away when opening it causing it to not be returnable. All of this was prevented by having one of our professional staff members asking questions! The above situation is why most of our items are not available to order online. We want to talk to you and make sure your purchase is exactly what you want and that it will work for your situation. (You should know that Blanco only has ONE "Single D Bowl" and one grid to fit it, but P.J. didn't take the easy path. She anticipated the potential for an error, asked the additional question, and was correct! She saved this person a significant amount of time and aggravation. This happens at least once or twice every day at L.H.P.! We go the extra mile so you won't have to.) Hello Adam, I just wanted to thank you for your reply to my email and for the contact information. It is a real treat to find that such service still exists! You most definitely have "Extraordinary Service" as well as products!!! Good Morning, Recently, I experienced my first visit to your website and purchased a brand new kitchen sink. The sink was sent out immediately; however, when the sink arrived, it was broken during shipping. I immediately called your company and spoke with a lady named PJ. PJ was a true professional on the phone. She listened to my concerns and immediately sent another sink to my residence. But, when the sink arrived for the second time, it was broken during shipping as well. I immediately called PJ thinking I should cancel my purchase altogether. I want to know what can be done to correct my problem faucet? (This customer thought we were the manufacturer when emailing - Cheryl took the email, contacted the customer, ordered the replacement part at no charge.) 7-30-2002 We just unpacked My sink and I'm absolutely thrilled. It's Perfect and I know it will be extremely functional. Being able to customize the Blanco configuration with the Apron front solved a big dilemma between my Husband and I...we both got what we wanted. It will be several weeks before we will be enjoying the functionability of it, but I just know we're going to love it. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive regarding the seams where the apron would be attached. It's flawless! Tell the guys in Pittsburgh, "Great Job"!. My Husbands from Pittsburgh, we may have to stop by with our personal thanks he next time we're in the area visiting his Parents. We've used the Blanco Supreme sink long
enough now to know I like it as much as I thought I would. I've scrubbed
pots and watered plants and cooked for guests, and the sink is
wonderful. It is risky to buy this kind of a product sight unseen
and have it shipped from an unknown company in Florida. The sink
itself was the very devil to get pulled down tightly.
Thank you for your support through the ordering and installation process
and for referring us directly to Blanco. They also were very
helpful. I talked a couple times to Denise, and the support
was great. In the installation process we stripped the screw in one of
the clips and she sent us a new set in case we have future problems. Dino, Thanks for your reply I will be home

countertop yesterday and it is GORGEOUS, even in the crate!!!. You
