Many of our manufacturers have required that we do not post prices on the net. (even
retail prices, as some choose to sell at higher prices)

products to get you the very best price. Often we can bundle a purchase and get you a better price. Online pricing can not reflect these added benefits to

Automated systems have to figure freight as a separate item or include it in the sale price. The only way to do this is to use
inflated freight costs (to make sure the company does not loose money on shipping, to Alaska, for example.) Some do not even show a freight cost until you are
near the end of the ordering process. We base freight on the exact shipping situation. Our freight costs can be as much as 60% lower than our competitors.

Secondly, and most importantly - we catch countless ordering errors. Online ordering is difficult, to say the least. When you order online, you do not know if a
product is in stock, and you may not know if you are ordering the appropriate product for your situation. Certain style faucets will not work with certain
style sinks. If you order incorrectly you will likely have to pay stiff restocking charges and will have to wait for the correct product to arrive. We have an
educated staff that will assist you with your orders. We catch at least one order a day that would have been ordered incorrectly if it had been ordered online
without our assistance. Here are some common errors. 1. Ordering a self rimming sink without specifying hole drilling. 2. Ordering a heavy faucet with a 20 gauge
sink. 3. Ordering an undermount sink that will not fit the cabinet opening. We can not guarantee we will catch all of the mistakes, but we sure catch quite a few.

What happens if I get a product that is damaged? If you receive a faucet or sink that
is damaged, just call us as soon as you can. We will generally send another right out to you. We will then issue a return goods authorization with a call tag from
UPS to pick up the damaged item. This process should take about 5 minutes. You do not have to leave your home. UPS will pick up at your door. How's that for
convenient? If you purchased locally, you would have to lug the item back to the store, wait in line, etc. Can you say inconvenient?

What happens if there is something wrong with a product that I order? Just call us
toll free. We will handle the warranty issue for you. Likely, a new product will be shipped right out, and a call tag will be issued for the pick up of the
faulty item.
